It’s been found!  I meditated (albeit for a short amount of time) on what I was really living for, what my life was about today.  I really thought about, I mean like really pondered it.  What is it for?  What is my life about?  What am I doing with my life?  Where am I going and why am I going there?

Well, I finished “The Greatest Miracle in the World” which was a fantastic book that I highly recommend.  Now I’m in a new book called “The Success Principles” which talks about the steps one takes to get to where they want to be, doing what they love doing, and making a living out of it.  The first book I mention because it’s a book you should read.  The second book I mention because I’m currently reading it and that’s how I came to this blog post on “My Purpose”.

I want you to tell you my purpose for two reasons:

1. So that you, my blog and reading community, will hold me accountable and make sure that I’m living up to it
2. So you know what purpose I’m living by, what I’m striving for and what is important to me

Are you ready to hear it yet?  By the way, you can have a purpose statement, too.  You NEED to have a purpose statement.  It really invigorates us to have some overarching principle that we live by and we strive for in our lives.  Do you want some peace knowing that you have a goal to reach for?  Do you want to wake up with a mission on the mind that gives you joy or would you rather wake up to just another day with nothing to hang on to, no initiatives to accomplish and no goals to cling to?  ME NEITHER!

Here’s My Purpose:  “My purpose is to use my boldness and passion to inspire people to open their lives to the possibilities this amazing world has to offer.”
