That is the American way, that is also God's way. We have individual rights granted to us by Him, this country was hand planted by Jesus Christ. That fact seems to be lost these days. Since history- the real history of our great nation has been lost, and history of certain dictators has also been lost. Or more certainly been changed by progressives. But that is for another time. If you don't believe in anything, quite frankly you are a lost soul. Believing in Jesus Christ gives you hope that there is something more than just this life- that there is something beyond death- eternal life. That sounds good to me. Believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins,and live a righteous life. Easier said than done. But necessary to get there. I think we have all had that existential crisis where belief in anything deserted us. And then comeback to belief, or faith, because without it, at least for me who has experienced the hope it engenders, life is bleak. Good question.
